Yes Remus would read all of those dark academia, philosophical, smart books and yes he would enjoy them but his guilty pleasure would be romances. When they started being friends, Lily made him read one cause he would criticize them without ever reading one. After this one he was gone. He never told anyone, even lils and he would still hate on them publicly cause he was too proud. But when no one was looking he would absorb every romance book he could lay his hands on because for a good part of his life he believed he wasn't made for love, so he lived through those stories vicariously…

Marauders’ and Lily’s ski trip.

One time Lily convinces marauders to go skiing with her.

Lily: She loves to ski (just like her mom) and thanks to her family’s every year mountains trips she does it flawlessly and gracefully. She can ski in every style. It’s just one of her passions.

James: His father once or twice took him skiing when he was a kid so he knows the basics. All trip he just spends skiing with Lily, she teaches him differents styles, they play racing (they both are very competitive) and all that cute stuff.

Peter: He snowboards, his older brother taught him. That’s all i have to say about rat.

Sirius: He is an excelemt skier. I guess it has something to do with his family trips to mountains. He was thaught how to ski in very tough way and he has bad memories from that trips so he doesn’t really like it. Halfway through the trip, Peter offers him to try snowboarding, he loves it and he is a very quick learner.

Remus: He doesn’t know how to ski and doesn’t want to admit it(he also probably read every book he could find about skiing befor the trip and). When they are putting on ski-boots and he doesn’t know how to do it, Sirius quietly asks him and he admits to him. So first few days Sirius secretly teaches Remus how to ski and Remus is shit at it. Last days of their trip he is all battered and he just spends time in the pub near the ski slope, with hot cocoa, book or watching his friends.

What do you think about my headcanon that in gender swap marauders, Wormtail, Prongs and Moony would have long hair because it’s standard in society (just like normally our boys have short hair) and fem version of Padfoot would have short hair. I like it because, just like masc Sirius having long hair it’s something “different” and it would definitely piss Walburga off.

And just to make everything clear i don’t care about society stereotypes, do whatever you want, i myself am biologically woman and i have short hair :))
