I did not know what life was until he came. More than a friend, less than a lover; called himself my Husband, protects me like a brother. It’s weird and crazy and maybe even kind of …well, off. Works for us both, though, and it’s more than enough. I did not know what life was until he came. We’re basically each other, see; the best of the best. It was not long until we took priority over the rest. I did not know what life was until he came. Without him, I would not be the same. I would be different. Empty. A page devoid of ink, somehow filled with words yet undefined. Since we have found each other, our once-lost souls have combined. I did not know what life was until he came.
