This is the same shit the Warrens and Zak Bagans peddle. It is healthy to express negative feelings through art and music in addition to therapy. If you don’t it can buildup and becomes everyone’s problem. Also what is considered aggressive or graphic is subjective. Graphic art can be a cartoon skeleton to someone, aggressive music can just be a protest song for someone. There are people in the real world who found Hocus Pocus disturbing. What is disturbing for one person might not be for another. All this is just saying to me is don’t be angry about things in your life, don’t watch horror movies, don’t listen to punk and metal don’t look at artwork that isn’t brightly colored etc. This is satanic panic nonsense. This is toxic positivity. To be fair the article was like hey go to a doctor or therapist before jumping to demons, but it doesn’t change that they are saying some Ed and Lorraine Warren bullshit.
