Grew up with not one, but two addict parents. Thought my dad worked / lived at a prison until i was older and found out he was IN prison because that's what my family told me. Never got to do the things my friends were doing because my grandparents who raised me were on a fixed income. Lost my dad to his heroin addiction my senior year of high school. Basically my life has been shit up until two years ago when I moved across the state and now work my ass off to provide for my son and myself. But at least I had all that white privilege to keep me warm at night growing up.

I need feminism because body shaming is a disgusting, manipulative, oppressive, and harmful act….. when it happens to women. Men who are body shamed should just work out if they don’t like hearing comments on their appearances, those fatass neckbeard losers.
