🔏 Tom here. I have been very comfortably sporting a model called the A272, available on AliExpress and DHGate, and also on Ebay but possibly under a different number. Sadly, I have not been able to discover the original manufacturer.

The cuff ring is some kind of 300 series stainless, and the tube is stamped 304 on the inside, indicating that it is made from a lower grade stainless steel (ie, kitchen grade, nor surgical grade) - but for anyone who is not metal allergic, it would be just fine.

There are several similar styles: the A271 (shorter cage) and rhe A273 & A274 (flat rings instead of a solid tube). My skin was swelling out of the rings, so the solid tube was better for me. Just takes a little more effort to clean.

At the time, I bought like half a dozen or more inexpensive Chinese cages to try them out. I took to this one almost immediately, and have worn it for ten years; the first couple were on & off, and as you're probably aware, the past 8+ have been permanently.
