Reading these bits from "The Age of S&M" and "The Effigy Mound" sketchbooks of the things BS&P wouldn't allow in the cartoon its so funny considering some of the more "adult" jokes that DID make it through

In the same vein of "they can have their usual guns so we gave them bazookas and rocket launchers", they got away with a joke about police brutality, prison rape, and everyone knows what the "grab me by the ears" exchange brings to mind—BUT we can't joke about Max farting, and we can't show green boogers
