Bayview Village Shopping. . . or not?
I am embarrassed, to say the least, by the level of harassment I as a customer received inside Bayview Village on Aug 17th, 2023. I attempted to contact Bayview General Manager about the rude tone and insult by the patron who seemed to be an employee of some sort in the mall, and it so happens to be it was from the General Manager of Bayview Shopping Center: Areti Aloumanis. Her face is hard to forget and her tone...uughh.
I was looking for Andrews and was lost with all the construction signs made a remark about how it could be more organized and her behaviour and solution to the matter left me speechless. I am certain she is not the owner merely a manager and I am appalled to learn fellow Greek has achieved a great position but abuses her privilege and "power" in the manner she conducts herself. Her tone was inappropriate to say the least and response in-front other samaritans illustrates how poorly they selected this GM.
Shame on her, letting us down in imagery of what was once a beautiful destination for boutique-style shopping. And I can see under her leadership how customers and stores have changed so much over the years. Can someone discreetly provide a email. address for senior management above her so I can make a formal complaint about her theatrics and behaviour I received?
There was also a security guard to witness this. I have his picture for reference and hers 🤢
