My Photoshop crashed!

Well, more like stalled. It can't get past the initializing process on Windows (both normal and 64 bit versions of the program). Please bear with me as I try to troubleshoot this problem. In any case, there might not be a confession for a bit, so I apologize again. That said, anyone want to help me? =(
