Soooo nanowrimo and inktober really did a number on me (a good thing!) I managed to take a few new characters and create a home for them. Decided after the story that followed that this would be a comic in a monochromatic style. Managed to setup a site and mailing list. Im being accused of a theft i never committed

You know what the wierdest thing is? Being accused of art theft that you never did. Being accused of art theft by someone whos work you had never seen before. But thats exactly whats happening to me now, by @tenne_luna on twitter.

It started i thibk august of last year, i thought it was over then but theyre still going on about it now, trying to slander me and get me banned off of website for the mere act of posting my work. Their arguement? I posted a boob and butt pose with an ocean background. So OBVIOUSLY i must have stolen from them!! Because their art is the only art that amtters in this sea of boob and butt poses. It didnt matter that i had never seen their work today, it didnt matter that my inspiration to draw something cute and fun came from an entirely different artist! I offered my entire psd file to her, i tried to negotiate with her even though i wasn’t at fault.

Nothing matters to them but their own fame grab. And im honestly kind of tired of it. All i did was draw a boob and butt pose, and apparently thats illegal now. Yoi cant draw a boob and butt pose. Or the ocean. Its illegal, they all belong to @tenne_luna now, apparently. It doesnt matyer if youve never seen them before, just like i hadnt. You’re a thief too. How about that.

Im tired of being slandered for something i didnt do, and tired of this self righteous person making false claims at me for what is essentially a lie. They refuse to listen to me or other people. Ive offered private talks and offered my complete psd files of the pictures. Even though a majority of people seem to say “oh hey, miko didnt copy, this pose is common.” Theyre just sitting in their echo chamber of self righteousness.

This isnt a “hold my hand and cuddle me” post, this isnt a right to harrass this person. (But if you want to send them a message telling them to stop id appreciate it.) But moreso just a clear for my name. Im not an art thief. I just like to draw ass.
