The LGBTQ refugees of South Sudan (Africa) are in shock right now after the news they got from the government official of South Sudan forcing the refugees to evacuate from the camp without any support from them. There are big challenges they're going through, like not being given enough food, water and other basic needs to last long enough - everything they get provided for a "month" is barely enough for a week. Not even speaking of the daily threats of aggression they face.

They have to leave TOMORROW but they don't have funds to evacuate them or even funds to rent a house for them. The official stated it very well that any lgbt person found in the camp after 10 days will be imprisoned, or even deported.

Please, if you're able to help them to get some funds for transport or a house to rent to save their lives....

ADHD is a disability. a disability i and many others struggle with. in my own experence ive had times where medications make me feel insane (wich i posted about) i count eat, sleep, drink water, function, i had hullucionatons, anger outbusrts (picking my skin, pulling my hair throwing and breaking things) ive had thoughts to commit several times and attempted several times. ive been yelled at by many many people because of my "lazyness" or "lack of focus". so to people who pretend fuck off genuinly. why do you want to have something that affects how some people function ? its not fun or amusing or quirky its something i wouldve taken my own life because i had it. the entire process of getting a diagnosis the same story they made me reapeat over and over again till i broke down crying on the ground because of flashbacks, the rude nurses who were insensitive, the lack of actual care and help but instead they throw medication as if it fucking solves everything. no it doesnt. but the people who fake it dont want the pain that may come with it they want the "quirks" the "fun stuff" hows that for fucking fun ?

hot take i don't like it when non indian ppl wear indian clothing (this is just my opinion i do not speak for everyone) its because i've been bullied and harrased for it and it was humiliating to the point where i outright HATED being indian and still struggle to actually like and learn about my cultur so it just makes me a bit angry when white people wear it because its something i was shamed for for years. i got put on adhd meds called lisdexametaphine and it was HELL i couldnt think straight eat or sleep and i still cant cause it hasnt fully washed out yet i wouldnt leave my bed i had suicidal thoughts and it was terrible (THIS WAS JUST MY EXPERIENCE IF IT WORKS FOR YOU THEN THATS AMAZEBALLS) so theyre switching me to a new one and im lwky a little scared about it but o hope its gonna be okay !!!!!!

i was recently diagnosed with ADHD and one thing that really fucking pissed me off is that is that the entire diagnosis nobody told me anything my parents knew the answers they just didnt tell me and it led to me being overly angery again bc if this is something im struggling with something i need help with i feel like i should be the first to know they knew all the answers and lied to my face saying they didnt know either and was in the dark just like me. im going to be put on meds for it but im kinda scared cause they said it would mess with my mood and shit like that so ig i just hope for the best? im really confused about it and really angery
