Thinking about how at the end of DMC5 Dante is happier than he’s ever been in the past 30 or so years because despite being stuck in hell with no pizza, sundaes, and with no way to contact most of his loved ones because he has to take care of some roots he’s happy because he’s able to have an actual bond with his brother again and play together like when they were kids.

I think the most wholesome detail is how he tries to get Vergil to say jackpot with him because they used to love saying it as kids.

Even as an adult Dante is still the annoying little brother in the VoV flashback who just wants his big bro to play with him lmao.
