Because he doesn’t need more reminding him that Sam isn’t his little baby boy anymore. He doesn’t need to go to Stanford and see the life Sam has built that has absolutely nothing to do with Dean. Physically changing himself is such a final straw.
It torments him that anything about his Sammy is different— he can’t kiss that spot, can’t stare at him and see it in his fantasies, he can’t connect his old memories with Sam to this new man he’s grown into
Can we talk about how LITTLE Azazel cares for Dean compared to John and Sam. Where Sam is his golden boy, and with John he had the most epic session of cat and mouse and who was the one to figure him, and the plan, out.... what is Dean? If mere a fucking nuisance.

No literally… because Azazel is focused on getting Sam to wake up the abilities in the blood he gave him as a baby, and John is focused on Azazel and protecting Sam from his sick plan, and Dean is… there! In the way for both of them! He clings to Sam and gets in Azazel’s way, and he clings to John and gets in his way of solo-hunting the filthy demon.
Once Dean gets out of the way, Johnzazel has room to wiggle Azazel into him and mock him for losing both his sons. He’s alone, just like he wanted to be when he ran away? Right?
Even golden boy Sammy, his youngest son, his sweetest son. With Azazel in John, John can’t do shit to protect him. But he never really did that either, did he? No, because John had the nastiest, most vile thoughts about his baby boy. And Azazel will exploit them until John begs for mercy.

But even when Sam had taken his cut of the world and fled with it, revoking the title of family, Dean could never stop being his older brother. Whenever he was in the area—or simply could not resist the draw that dragged him—he stopped by, taking his time to just... watch. Watch the glow in his rounded cheeks, the shag of his hair over his puppydog eyes, the unblemished teeth in his unbothered grin.
Sam was happy here; happy in a way he had never been back at ‘home’.
So, through the windshield he stared, lost in the moment he was stealing, fingers tracing over the mixtape that was playing. A long, long time ago, when Sam was so much younger, Dean had taught him how to make a mixtape in the secrecy of a dark hotel room where Dad didn’t exist.
He’d gotten one as a gift a couple of days later, shoved into his palms by pudgy hands. Sam had been so excited to give it to him, smiling brightly and chirping with joy.
There had been no concept of space between them back then, always stuck to each other’s sides and never keeping secrets. But now? Now, as Sam sat at the party with his girl and his fancy college friends? Dean knew nothing of his life and couldn’t possibly reach across the crater that stretched between them.

The room was thick with tension, shadows swallowing the corners like hungry beasts. The only sound was the slick, brutal rhythm of Dean’s hips pounding into Sam, relentless and merciless. Sweat dripped down their bodies, slickening the bruises blooming on Sam’s skin, each one a dark declaration of ownership.
Dean’s fingers dug deep into Sam’s hair, yanking his head back until the younger’s throat was exposed, vulnerable and raw. The cold bite of metal—Dean’s ring—pressed against tender flesh, a reminder of the line Sam was about to cross. Yet Sam, goddamn it, still smirked.
“So weak,” Sam spat, voice rough with arrogance. “I thought you’d be better than this. Tired already, or just too soft to finish what you started?”
Dean’s eyes flickered—dark and dangerous, like a storm waiting to break. His grip on Sam’s hair tightened until the younger hissed, the sharp sting igniting a fire behind those defiant eyes. “You want to play, brat? Fine. But I’m the one who decides when this ends.”
Sam laughed, cruel and low, a sound that rattled against the cold walls. “You think you’re in control? I’m the one who’s been running circles around you since day one. You just don’t have the balls to admit it.”
With a snarl, Dean flipped Sam onto his back, the sudden shift stealing the breath from him. Dean’s hands pressed down on Sam’s chest, fingers splayed like claws, pinning him beneath an iron weight. Sam’s eyes darted to Dean’s mouth, teeth clenched tight.
“You think you’re untouchable?” Dean growled. “That smirk won’t last long.”
Sam’s breath hitched as Dean’s mouth closed over his neck, teeth sinking in with cruel precision. The bite was sharp, painful, marking him—not with love, but with possession. Sam arched into it despite the sting, a raw moan slipping free as his body betrayed the fire raging inside.
Dean’s hands roamed, rough and demanding, stripping away whatever dignity Sam tried to hold onto. “Beg,” Dean whispered, voice low and deadly. “Say my name and beg like you mean it.”
Sam’s pride screamed, but the ache blossoming between his legs was louder. His voice cracked, ragged and desperate. “Dean… please… don’t stop.”
The words were a surrender, a surrender that shattered the walls Sam had built. Dean’s grin was merciless as he drove deeper, faster—claiming every inch like it was the last thing he’d ever do.
Sam’s body trembled under the assault, the fight draining out of him with every harsh thrust. His hands fisted the sheets, nails digging into fabric as he gave in, broken and bare. The bratty defiance was gone, replaced by raw need and trembling submission.
Dean’s voice was a dark caress in his ear, “You’re mine now. All mine.”
The final shudder ripped through Sam’s body, a desperate cry torn from his throat as Dean pushed him over the edge. When it was done, silence wrapped around them like a shroud, heavy and absolute.
Sam lay spent beneath Dean, skin slick with sweat and bruises, heart hammering in his chest. His eyes fluttered open just as Dean’s hand curled possessively around his jaw.
“You forget yourself again,” Dean murmured, cold fire burning behind his gaze. “And I’ll remind you why you belong to me.”
Sam’s lips curled into a weak, knowing smile. “Good,” he whispered. “Because I don’t want it any other way.”

okay so this one is a little bit of a “just listen just listen!” but after Dean dies from the like hellhounds and he gets buried instead of burned I have to headcanon that sam, in some fit of grief and desperation and not-clearheadedness from the demon blood, dug up his brothers body and got his rocks off
I think he was absolutely disgusted with himself and cried the whole time but he couldn’t stop because it was Dean and he was holding him again and he was making his corpse warm again but doing it so it got even worse

so— johnzazel. i KNOW those men had a good hatefuck the first time they ran into each other after mary’s death. it would have been bloody and violent and azazel would have mocked him until he pinned him down and TOOK HIMMMMM because azazel isn’t gonna bottom for some bitch he has under his thumb, tugging john around by string of anger.
and when the deal got made to save dean’s life, azazel kissed him rough and hard, maybe he bit down on that lower lip or shoved his tongue into his mouth, hands pulling uncomfortably at his skin like he wanted to jump inside it. john would’ve spat after and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand like a middle schooler, glaring before azazel took a deep breath and kissed him again, holding him by the hair
when azazel was actually in john? i just know he was playing around with john’s body, touchin’ him in all sorts of places and mocking him in their newly shared head
samjohn!! okay so for samjohn i imagine it as keeping sammy facedown so john could pretend it was his soft, smart wife again, taking him and taking him until sam fled—and it had felt like losing mary all over again, only this time the anger wasn’t at a demon (until, of course, john found out that sam too had been tainted by azazel; because then he punished sam for it like it was his fault), but at sam for running off to stanford
so when azazel got inside of john and saw all the sick, twisted things he’d done to not his littlest son, but THEIR shared golden boy, he not only used it against him in the mind, but also used it against sam. he used john’s body to get with sam, whispering nasty and vile things in his ear until that boy cried
