Preference #15 - Thunderstorm
Requested , I know that in some of them the main focus wasn't the thunderstorm and in not all of them the boys are the ones scared( but there is still some cuddling ) but i hope you still like it. And sorry that it took so long (again). Let me know what you guys think!!
Zayn: You woke up in the middle of the night, alone in bed, while the thunderstorm was going crazy outside. "Zayn?" you mumbled in your pillow after not feeling anything when you reached out for him. You tilled your head " Zayn?" you said again , the bright lights of the alarm clock told you that it was 3:15 AM. You got out of bed to search for Zayn, you knew he was scared of thunder and even though you usually didn't , you had to admit that the weather was so wild that you ,also, were a bit scared. You found Zayn in the kitchen, sitting on the floor with a flashlight and a sandwich. " What are you doing out here? " you asked him "and why do you have a flashlight? " just at that moment there was a loud bang in the sky and both of you made a little jump. "I didn't want to wake you up by turning the lights on" Zayn Said. You sat beside him and put your head on his shoulder " I am awake now ". You sat like that for a while , listening to the thunder, not saying anything, until you felt your eyes closing and slowly falling asleep in Zayns arms.
Louis: The Thunderstorm had giving you a sleepless night so far , you had been tossing and turning. You had always been afraid of thunder and you were feeling terrible, every sound made you think this was the bang that was going to get you killed. In the end you just gave up trying to sleep, took you ipod out and sat up in bed , music on full blast. You had been sitting like this for a couple of hours now and was afraid that you were going to wake Louis up, but you just couldn't go back to sleep, you were , however , getting bored. There was only so much music you could listen too. Your laptop stood in the other room and if you were fast enough you would only be alone for a minute, maybe less. You still had some movies you wanted to see. As quietly as you could you stepped out from under the blanket, you hadnt been as quiet as you wanted to because before you had taken two steps you heard Louis "Y/N" he mutterd "what are you doing?". "I couldn't sleep, but you should go back to bed" you said , not wanting to keep him awake because you had some stupid fear " I was just getting my laptop and some movies, i'll be allright". Louis was beside you in a second , realising what was wrong without even having to ask "it will be allright" he wisperd while guiding you back to bed " just wait a second, I will be right back" . he ran of into the hallway, only to return a minute later with blankets and a rope. "Louis , what are you.. " but before you could aks he was allready gone " just a second babe!" he yelled from the other room. When he returned he held your laptop and a few movies. he used the blankets, rope and furniture in your room to build a blanked fort that spun over your bed." Louis , what the hell? " you aked him. "if anything will protect you , its a fort" he smilled at you. The rest of the night you just stayed in your blanked fort,warm and cozy. You never watched those movies , instead you just sat up , hands intwined , telling eachother stories.
Liam: You and Liam were walking home when the storm hit , you hadn't been expecting it since it had been lovely weather for the last couple of days. You looked at Liam , who was smiling at you " Race you". You didn't answer him , just ran of. "He, not fair" you heared him yell behind you.In the end Liam still won, but you were both drenched. You walked up to the door and felt your pockets and bag for the house key " do you have the key? you asked Liam "I can't find it ". Liam shook his head. " You got to be kidding me" you mumbled , since you only moved in a few days ago you did not have had the time to put a spare key somewhere and you knew there was no way of getting into the house. "Hee Y/N" liam said , hugging you " It's gonne be alright ". The moment he finisht his sentence there was a loud bang in the sky and you let out a scream. "O , no, i want to go inside, now". You sat down in front of the door , the rain still pouring down. "You have me" Liam reassured you , sitting down next to you "I'll keep you save" You tried to smile at him , but the thunder kept your mind busy and you just couldn't relax. You put your head on his shoulder, and you just sat there, in the rain. " He!what are you doing?" you asked Liam when he was looking trough your bag a few minutes later. " Just looking if you.. " he paused " didn't miss anything " he pulled his hand out of the bag and held a set of keys. "Argh" you sighed in frustration " Sometimes i am so stupid". "But I still love you" Liam laughed.
Niall: 'Hellooo?'' you yelled when you came home. The short distance you had ran from the car to the front door had left you soaking wet and you were in serious need of a warm bath. "Hellooo?" You yelled again when you didn't hear any sounds in the house "Niall!!" your boyfriend said he would be home. Suddenly there was a loud noise in the sky and you heard a scream coming from the bedroom. " Niall?" you asked again, walking towards the bedroom " Are you allright?". Niall was lying on your bed,completly hidding away under the blankets. You didn't understand what was going on , never had you seen him like this.., so scared. His pure blue ayes appeared from under the blankets "Y/N, the weather was just so bad , and I... " he got cut of by a loud Thud and a flash of lights. This time it was you who jumped up and screamed. Niall held the blanket up for you and smiled faintly. You cuddled up against him in the bed, your face crushed onto Niall's chest, breathing in his sent. His lips were warm against your cold forhead. You knew you had to get out of bed , atleast put on some dry clothing , but lying there , in nialls arms was to comfortable to get up from. " what I wanted to say ,you know , before " Niall said , after a while of silence " That I missed you , And I need you sometimes, you make me happy".
Harry: "The weather is terrible" you yelled as you closed the door behind you. The only thing that answered you was the noise of pots and pants in the kitchen " O , you held your promise" you smiled as you walked into the kitchen. that morning you had been complaining about the amount of work you still had to do for school and Harry had promised that there would be dinner when you came home. "It's almost done" Harry said, waving his hands towards the dinner table, wich he had allready been set. " You are amazing" you said and kissed him on the cheek. "Sit,sit" was the only thing he replied. You did as he tolt and set down at the table. A few minutes later he walked in with two plates and put one in front of you. "It looks lovely" you said. he sat down and just when you took your first bite there was a loud bang coming from the sky, you jumped a little , but both you and harry had never been really afraid of thunder. However , a few seconds later all the lights turned off and it went completly dark. "Oh , fuck" you whispered , to scared to really form any words. You might not be afraid of thunder but you were death scared of the dark, it wasnt so bad when you knew there was a light source close by that you could turn on but right now there was no such thing and you started to freak out. " ssst , it will be allright" Harry tried to comfort you. He stood up and walked into the kitchen " we should have some flashlights over here " harry mumbled a bit to himself " ah , well this will have to do" Harry came back with a few candles , and lit them " Might even make it romantic"
