This scene is so sick.. I don't know if I'm allow to post this.. feel like I'm disturbing their privacy
Kate Sharma’s wardrobe in Bridgerton Season 2
I swear her flashbacks have all the juicy bits
Not Anthony’s and Kate’s dead parents using the jewelry they bequeathed to their children to hijack a wedding because they probably couldn’t bear to watch their idiot offspring ruin their lives because of their stubbornness and fears any longer, as there is also only so many times you can spin in your grave. The ring and the bangle decide to play matchmakers and are like ‘Oh hell no! This shitshow wedding is happening only over my rusted metal body. Let’s show our idiot children the way.’
The ring gets stuck on Kate’s finger, making clear it ain’t going anywhere because it’s found its rightful mistress, protesting Anthony’s choice of a bride (boy, you got the wrong sister!), and the bangle really said ‘I object’, basically delivering the closest thing to a marriage objection an inanimate object is capable of and singlehandedlybangledly ruining the supposed marriage of the year at the royal palace right in front of the Archbishop of Canterbury and Queen Charlotte’s salad.
Well, the groom kneeling in front of a bridesmaid while forgetting his actual bride who is standing right next to him (and the 100+ wedding guests who are watching his every move), placing an oversized version of a ring on her hand and eyefucking her in front of everyone, including his own mother, underaged siblings and the Queen of England, tends to do that.
And both times even Edwina notices so the ring and bangle might not have made their children fully realize, but they came through to Edwina.
Also the fact that Anthony caresses his father’s ring on Kate’s finger while she is looking at him just like Kate caresses the bangle while Anthony can’t take his eyes off her instead of his future wife in the church. It gives the notion they are both making a secret, heartfelt wish.

“...we were actually playing it, which was so much fun. I think there’s a shock where Kate gets her ball through one of the wickets. And I actually did that. The reactions you see are quite genuine, the jumping in the air and twirling around” - Simone Ashley

Sure.
Just keep looking at me. No one else matters.

This maybe an unpopular opinion but I don’t want a time jump and to see Kanthony with kids in S3.
I want to see the entire process of Kate’s pregnancy: her discovering it, her telling Anthony, him freaking out, them telling the whole family, him being an absolutely insufferable mother hen throughout, having meltdowns when she does something physical, screaming at Newton when he jumps on her lap, Kate getting exasperated and complaining to Violet, Violet counselling Kate through her pregnancy because it’s her first and she’s understandably nervous, and Anthony is too. He’s terrified especially when he recalls what happened with his mom and Hyacinth, and Violet just talking to him, soothing him.
Kanthony making love, he tries to be gentle but Kate is having none of it, him touching her naked, swollen belly tenderly, talking to his unborn child, them having their own nickname for the baby, Kate being the one to decide the baby will be called Edmund and Anthony tearing up… YEAH this is the bare minimum I expect - Netflix and Shondaland if you want me to tune in to S3
I just found this. And honestly same.

Say what you will about the the faults of Bridgerton Season 2, but the subtle, beautiful emotional acting of Jonathan Bailey is FIRE and I haven't seen such quality male acting in a long, long time.
