#i gotta give kishi some credit; he really did create a character that swerved some stereotypes that are normally associated with characters #designed like her- it's unfortunate that the fandom rarely see her for what she is though #and she's either a b-tch or a sex object #when in reality ; yes; she has said some unkind things and she's really blunt and pushy #but most of the bluntness comes from a place of wanting the other person to do better/have more confidence #and then some of it i feel is her own intense scrutiny of herself that she tosses other people's way #(specifically in her youth) that she had to realize as she grew that it wasn't the right way to approach wanting to motivate others #she's actually a very caring person and she really wants what's best for those around.... her problem is that she usually thinks she KNOWS #what's best for those around her lol
