BIO: Self-proclaimed “archenemy” of Starcaller. Created a variety of tech to supplement his time stop. Licensed dentist.
CRIMES: Disturbing the peace, destruction of property, burglary, arson, battery, parole violation, stalking, second-degree murder
(Last on the chopping block—Seashell, AKA Physician! …uuuuuugh, every time I draw a series of designs, the last one ALWAYS turns out the worst >_> Oh well. At least the costume turned out well. Very fun to draw all his little pieces of tech ^^ Oh, and also…guess why he wants to be Starcaller’s nemesis. Go on. Guess :P)

(Almost done—Cloud, AKA Menagerie! Probably, uh, the most boring of the designs, the only cool part being his mask. And maybe the sandals :P But I like the mid-shapeshifting effect I did. I think it looks good on them ^^)

BIO: Can vanish wings when needed. Designed her own costume. Best friends with Kiku.
CRIMES: Burglary, breaking and entering, disturbing the peace, attempted murder, second-degree murder
(Azure, AKA Urania! The one I decided to give feathered wings. Ah, my hubris :P It is unfortunately impossible to see what with the wings and her pose, but she is wearing high-heeled boots. The only person in the Z-team to do so XD She had a very specific aesthetic in my head even before I started drawing, and I hope I got it across ^^)

BIO: Former villain duo with Trickster. Severe anger issues. Surprisingly well-read on the classics.
CRIMES: Assault and battery, burglary, vandalism, disturbing the peace, second-degree murder
(Umber, AKA Punchline—honestly my favorite of the art, and the one I think is the best. Lookit how dynamic that pose is :0 Maybe not the most supervillain-y of the bunch, but ya know what? She’s got a half-cape, got a pauldron, got a tattoo, got paint on her face—she is sick as all hell.)
