There are a number of things he is sexually interested in that could be argued are sacrilegious for a Priest (sodomy for example), and that in itself does make the actual acts themselves a whole lot hotter and harder (~to deal with, ahem). Without making it sound like he has an explicit blasphemy kink (he's not necesarily using crucifixes or statues of the virgin mary as sex toys, and he would certainly be in trouble if he got hot under the collar each time he saw a priest or nun lol) it nonetheless can be factor. To sin and it be imbued with the heat of Catholic guilt? Yeah, that’s a bit of a kink. 

Similarly, smoking is another one. As in, the average person on the street smoking doesn't make him horny, and it’s not a generic kink - but if he's interested (and if that person is smoking in a particular way) it can serve to bring his focus to their mouth and hands. He’s got a bit of an oral fixation it has to be said. Plus it can be quite intimate if it is shared. He smoked at University because of Izaak it was the done thing to do, but he actually was quite anti-smoking for some time after that (wonder why~). Until Caterina bought him a pipe and he got addicted again.

Clothing - having sex clothed (or him clothed and the other partially clothed/naked). Could also be related to uniformed kink and extends to his own priestly garb. It also relates quite a bit to the first one, as clothed sexual acts can provide an air of furtive secrecy or even give a smokescreen for good old Catholic denial. Also, if someone else is in a state of undress more than him, it makes him feel less vulnerable. He generally is the one (who likes) to be in control sexually. Though there is most certainly a part of him that is curious and aroused by the thought of his will being challenged, or even possibly taken away from him entirely.

These two are the main ones:

Pride - He has a lot of self-confidence and takes pride in his skills. Pride is the deadliest of all, the root of all evil, and the beginning of sin. It’s not surprising that even here, he is ‘the best worst’ ;)

Greed - Less applicable, but it could be argued he is rather greedy in terms of increasing his knowledge and gaining information.

Possible, but nonetheless very rare and kept under control:

Lust - He can be lustful. He rarely acts on it however.

These are basically incompatible to his personality:

Wrath - even after Isaak he didn’t let his anger become an all encompassing rage.

Envy - he has too much self-assuredness and pride to look elsewhere.

Gluttony - I forgot to include this before! His appetites are average.

Sloth - the occasional nap, but his energy is the opposite of slothful.

The Professor mulls over the question as his teeth chew over the stem of his pipe, a slow inhale causing a soft crackle of the contents of the bowl before he lets out a trail of smoke in a confident exhale, "Exclude God from the definition of science and, in one fell swoop, you exclude natural philosophers and the growth of scientific enquiry. Both seek to explain the natural world and our places within it.”

An easy smile is given as he removes his pipe and rests it upon the surface in front of him, “Science is influenced by culture and existing paradigms, within which faith inevitably exists. Religion imparts wisdom, Science grants us knowledge. They really are not so far apart as you seem to imply, Sister.”

William uncrosses his legs, and leans forward, smile growing wider and a little bit sharper as he gestures around the room. “Aha! Well, this workshop is certainly a boon, wouldn’t you say!”
