hello unstable nerds I've been inactive but I'm back. I'm back to talk about spoke's latest video. because. well. fuck. this is what it was all about

Rather than facing himself and how he hurt his friend he tries to tear Mapicc down. Tries to guilt him into just blindly listening to what Spoke is saying by implying he's blindly listening to Jamato.

HE CAN'T STOP!! There's nothing else he knows. He only knows how to lie and trick because he knows if he stops then EVERYTHING crashes down around him. But now it's caught up to him. Once a single crack was visible, the rest became clear. The glass shatters

hello spokelings its me again. I'm thinking again

specifically about the way spoke was yelling at leo to pull his stasis so much in the final fight. at first this guy seems like he wants to see leo run away like a coward, but by the end of the video we know its basically "KILL YOURSELF"

its not like bloodthirsty protagonists are anything new, we have flame and wemmbu fighting over kills in the same episode. there's something Different about the way spoke does it. its not the simple lust for glory that we're used to seeing

back when he killed rose, ash said it perfectly! (stfu I'll bring up ash as much as I want in these) what spoke does is cruel. not a simple, upfront stab, no. its the traps. the deception. spoke doesn't just want honour or fame, he wants to Trick people. the idea that leo could be lured into a false sense of security, thinking he's safe and away from the fight, only to be dropped into the void, was EXCITING. to the point where spoke just HAD to see it with his own eyes

he's sadistic in a way that people like flame and wemmbu aren't. those two like the thrill of the fight, its simple fun! they like fighting and they like winning! no, they're not above intimidation methods to get their way, but they never seem to enjoy doing it. but spoke? he Delights in being cruel on purpose. there's a notable difference in the way spoke tortures people for information compared to how the other protags do it. he can never just trap them in a box and hit them, no. he builds ridiculous contraptions filled with potions! does the most unnecessary stuff and for what?? literally why?? hitting them with a sword would have been just as effective but no. thats no fun!

another thing is that spoke isn't very open about this side of him. he tends to keep it hidden. however, he was able to shout at leo all he wanted to, because to everyone else it just sounded like he was telling leo to retreat! dare I say he might have gotten a kick out of that too. that he could shout a threat so openly while everyone else had no idea what it really implied

anyway yeah point of this post is spoke is bloodthirsty in a very unique and sinister way. but we already knew that I just wanted to say it

Okay so he is literally just insane. I was right he did not internalize ANYTHING he was saying about him being manipulative and evil. he doesn't actually believe he's manipulating people. he's falling for all of his own lies

because he DID burn that village and he DID kill those spies and HE WAS THE ONE WHO CHASED JAMATO INTO HIDING. and made his friends think leo killed him. he's lying so much that he genuinely believes what he says

I think he's scared to believe it. the thought pops into his head every so often and that thought is so distressing he immediately buries himself in more lies to stay sane (he's not sane anyway but whatever).

also. we cannot ignore the mafia callbacks in this one. going to a repurposed mafia stronghold, sneaking around invis, GEORGE JUNIOR IS BACK AFTER SO LONG AND HE KILLED LEO BY DROPPING HIM INTO THE VOID THROUGH A STASIS. he can't see the reality thats right in front of him and he doesn't want to see it

there's also the fact that mapicc has vanished. it couldn't have been leo, since he would have mentioned it. personally I don't think he's dead yet. I think maybe jamato found him and told him the truth, and he ran away. if it Does go down the mapicc betrays path, spoke might just kill him and convince himself that it was someone else who did it

anyway ash was right. spoke is just like him. HE EVEN SET A STASIS SO HE COULD GO WATCH LEO DIE. GENUINELY A SINISTER INDIVIDUAL. and of course I am also noting down the fact that spoke kept going back to look at the void

First off very right and I would like everyone who thought he was headed for a redemption arc to apologise to us. I knew he couldn't. Not since what he did to Jamato. What was too far. How calm and practiced and methodic he was in that episode? In setting everything up? The way there was a COMPLETE SWITCH since? And it was completely ignored by Spoke? You all forget that he's using that manipulation on the audience too. We saw that exemplified PERFECTLY in the scene on top of Capital City. The difference between his pov and Parrot's.

I've been screaming since that episode that UU is going to end with him as the big bad. He sealed his fate in those two episodes (Mapicc and Jamato's "deaths"). There is no returning.

He is becoming exactly what he feared in his desperate attempt to avoid that path. But there is no other path now. Everyone else you gotta. You gotta see that. There is NO WAY to redeem him from here. Gripping your shoulders. Do you see that? Do you see that because you NEED TO.

Fantastic that you and I have the same theory about Mapicc. To go further into it I have an idea that Spoke will find Mapicc. Potentially after/during having another episode. And will be SO relieved and happy. His best friend! He's ok! He's alive!

But Mapicc will respond only with disgust and fear.

Only for Jamato to appear. And Spoke to realise Mapicc knows everything. And maybe he'll try to convince Mapicc Jamato is lying.

Or maybe. Just maybe. The switch will be immediate. Despite everything they've gone through.

If Mapicc is not for him. He is against him. And anyone against him must be removed.

All the mafia callbacks in the LAST episode of the season is crazy. And you're right it is the BIGGEST hint of where Spokes headed. Also I didn't even make that connection about George junior until you said it. Gawd. Ash was so right. And that's what scares Spoke the most. Too late for that now, hon!

No because I thought exactly the same thing with him standing over the hole. Intentional or not my IMMEDIATE reaction was "oh he's considering jumping in as well." Like maybe for a brief moment he let those thoughts sit for a moment without immediately shutting them down. He did do all that. He is a monster. He burnt that village. He killed those spies. All of those horrible things. It was him. That Rosey red blood is still on his hands. And now that he's killed Leo. Maybe now he can just... Rest...

But of course he backtracks. No! He can't- he won't be discovered. No one will know. No one can know.

And it's going to stay like that. Forever.

personally I don't think he is going to full switch up on mapicc. in his own little sick way he Does deeply care for mapicc. he's going to lie to himself. he's going to say that it was jamato or whoever else that turned mapicc against him. its not HIS fault for lying and being horrible, its their fault for exposing his lies.

my current s3 predictions are that it'll focus on all the like. weird worldbuilding parts of the server. the underworld, the farlands, the echoes, all that jazz. and spoke will end up as the final villain of the server

So yall know how the minecraft mods "From the caves" and "No Moon.jar" had those updates where you could actually help the characters? Like, they didn't had that possibility before but now the dev of No Moon is talking about a super cool boss fight and the dev of From The Caves said there's only two more phases to go till we get and actual ending

Does anyone know/think that Wonderland.Jar is also gonna get an update like this? Because the main dude who takes us to Wonderland asks for help on the chat If you ask him and i was wondering If we're gonna get an update like this or If the mod will just focus more on the exploration
