I'm just a soul like you, battled depression, self harm, addiction, suicide, and I'm tell you that there is an end, happiness does exist and stay strong it is worth the fight! I'm here for anyone who needs to talk. I've been clean of self harm for almost 5 years!

Not the same

I know there are countless pages about how music saved lives, but this isn't just about that. Music is the cure, the heartbeat, the light in so many peoples souls. This page is also about informing you that you will be okay. Bad day after bad day. Nightmare after nightmare. shit after shit. Daily, hourly, never ending. I know the feeling. For 5 years I have dedicated myself to keeping myself positive, happy, STRONG, and self harm free. There has been bumps, there are still daily horrors in my life, but I stay strong. I'm here to let you know, you can too. There is a light to the end of this darkness.
