[condensed the curry saga into 1 post for easier reading xD]

egutakuya I just had a thought. I really want to make curry. But it’s impossible. Because at the time I was moving, I got rid of all my cookware. What should I do? Now’s the time. egutakuya Put in a large amount of water. As expected, the water is brown. However I didn’t put the roux in yet. Yeah, it’s fine, the burnt part will become flavor, for sure, yeah. I believe in this curry roux’s potential. Now it’s roughly a stew, finally, add in the roux. Oh… Ohh? Yeah. Somehow this seems good. If you put in the roux, you won’t know why it’s brown.
