@musicallyelectronic-blog
missing someone..
i havent payed much attention to this blog lately but every now and then my favorite miami radio station 90.5 plays a gem like this so i had to share lol its a giant build up pretty much the song structure is great and the vocals chill you out man its good =)
SOOOOO IM BACK ON THAT HORSE haha i really stepped my game up with this one guys so pleeeeeeease check it out XD crazy electro/progressive track i made roblog if you like it leave me feed back w.e =) keep in mind i havent mastered the song yet
So first off apologies are needed i havent really been paying attention cuz im working on a mix for a 3 hour gig coming up =) BUT anyway im back and i give you kezwik with "Promise Me"
Claude Vonstroke with a mixtape from Hardfest!
Check it out ! New VibeTown artist Wulf! with "Butthead" haha naaaaaasty!
So! i heard this song a long time ago probably through a friend but i re discovered it lastnight as i soundly went to sleep listening to the beautiful pandora station for City and Colour haha Frou Frou - "Let Go" all electronic but very unique and that soft lovely voice just ties it all in together mmmm =)
JUSTIN MARTIN =D great mix mad bass and a great intro to a mix whats not to like! featuring tracks from his new album check it out!
I've come across Placeholder before but maybe my mind was somewhere else musically at that time. While looking for some new tunes for a mix i'm putting together i came across this little gem of a song. Super chill and subtle, great sample work with the vocals, a nice beat and thats all it needed to suck me into its vibe. - SwAH!
This week i have a mix for you guys to listen to from the wonderfully talented and beautiful J. Phlip from the DirtyBird crew. Warning: This mix is extremely chill, the vibes may cause you to smoke the herb, sink into your couch, forget where you are, and get completely lost. Enjoy =)
Justin Martin is back! One of his single's "Don't Go" off his new album "Ghetto's and Gardens". His most emotional work since "The Sad Piano". He's been in the game for ten years and his ear for uplifting melodies and very fine touches in his tracks is only getting better. Don't be fooled though this track is great to jam out to! The beat keeps you groovin with subtlety in the back ground until you reach an uplifting verse from some soft vocals to make you feel all warm inside, mmmm =) and whats that a harp? haha check out the vid!
I happened to stumble across this on my computer and ive never heard it up until today. It's a really vibein dubstep track but its unique in the fact that theres a constant guitar melody going behind it. Very chilled out with bass at the right time and it even has bongos! haha anyway really chilled out so relax to this and smoke some GANJA!
i have to add another bassnectar song because well...he's bassnectar lol anyway here's a 2012 remake he did of his old track laughter crescendo. It's got a new beat with lots of bass and if you remember the original track you might notice that the sampled laughter sounds like an older person than the original. Maybe this is a sign of bassnectar showing he's always growing? naaaaah its just music man the Bass man is ALWAYS growing musically. PEACE!
If any of you haven't heard the big bass man Bassnectar's new album "VaVaVoom" you better check it out now because it's fantastic. He comes at you with some heavy bass hitters but what i really think are some of the highlights for this album are the more chill atmospheric tracks he made for it, including "Butterfly" ft. Mimi Page. a start with some airy atmosphere's into a simple but just perfect piano line building up into a layer of sounds that just float you away on a fluffy bed of basssss haha i highly recommend =P
Here's a track i finished a few days ago ive always wanted to make dubstep like this so i gave it a shot finally anyway here you go "Creepin" - SwAH! Low sub bass for you guys
Here's a track im working on, the beginning is really nice in my opinion. i like how it sets you up for some sort of chill track but turns on you at the drop =P if you cant tell im trying to make it sound like outer space hence the name "Galaxy" haha. so anywho check out "Galaxy" - SwAH!
WOW i'm not sure if some of you have heard of James Blake but he makes the most perfect blend of soul and electronic music i have ever heard. You seriously feel the music and his words as if it speaks to your soul and on this collab with Bon Iver (another fantastic singer) he pulls it off again so take some time out of your day and relax to this track =)
