             nimble fingers tapped nervously on the table, her left hand resting over her soft legs and twisting the ring that was round her ring finger. REALLY she shouldn’t have been nervous. it wasn’t that big of a deal, but she didn’t know how he’d react to everything. he wasn’t sure if he could AGREE,  and if he didn’t she didn’t know who would  take his spot. noah had been her friend since child hood, and she knew that he would do anything for her -- but she wasn’t sure if this was going to be too much. she inhaled, her eyes fluttering close and desperately trying to cal herself down by letting it out slowly. her eyes opened again, her dark eyes settling on  on her water glass. everything was going to be fine.
