He laughed a little, giving his head a nod. Yes, the certainly sounded like the Stiles he knew. The guy could be a bit of a whirlwind. But Scott wouldnât have had it any other way. At the very least, it kept things interesting. âI havenât quite learned that lesson yet myself,â he joked. âI guess Iâm a slow learner.â
As she cut herself off and introduced herself, Scottâs mouth quirked up in a crooked, amused smile. âI - I know,â he said, having been the one to call her name as he came through the room. His smile was warm and genuine, nevertheless. âItâs nice to meet you.â He took a few more steps into the room, adjusting the straps on his back pack. âItâs my fault I guess that youâre stuck with him as a lab partner,â Scott said. The pointed at himself. âBio major. Stiles is still trying to figure things out.â
âWell Iâm sure you are more use to him than I am. Youâve known him for a while now right?â When she was studying with Stiles, they were mostly studying together and working on labs in class. But there were bits and pieces of him that she got to observe and learn about him. Being Stilesâ friend was surely an adventure from the small time she had spent with him. âIt just probably doesnât come as much as a shock to you anymore.â
Of course he knew her name. She was embarrassed by her simple mistake, realizing he of course asked if she was Kira or not. Her cheeks turned a light tone of red as she looked down on the ground monetarily. âOf course you did. And same here. Very nice to meet you.â she gave him a warm and welcoming smile. At first she was slightly confused on his statement until he explained his major. âWow! Thatâs very impressive! Are you planning on becoming a doctor of sorts once you graduate?â she asked him. âWell, we are all trying to figure things out at the end of the day. Even if we have a plan, life will always be mysterious and unpredictable no matter how organize we are.â
