I know you guys haven’t heard from me in a while. I was a little surprised this was still here and with almost 20,000 followers. It’s been years. So long story short, I got my master’s in music performance and then pretty much just quit. I groom dogs for a living now and love it. Basically my years of training have taught me how to curate the perfect playlist for when I’m having a really stressful day.
Anyway, I’ve come back here with what’s probably a really stupid idea, but I’m desperate. I have a proposition for all of you. You might not care, but 19,700 of you stuck around so I’m hoping you do, but I might make some new cards. However I’m holding these new cards ransom. I need some help. Unfortunately my beloved dog that got me through the crippling loneliness of a music degree has caught a touch of the cancer. He’s got a tumor growing in his nose and he requires radiation treatment. The prognosis is good - about 90% of dogs respond well to this kind of treatment, however, it’s extremely expensive. I’ve spent about $4000 getting him diagnosed and the treatment is a little over $6000. And I’d go bankrupt for that little shit if I had to, but I’m trying not to do that.
