Q: does your character have a criminal or questionable past ?
A: not only does he have a questionable past , but a questionable present and probably , definitely questionable future . he’s always had an appetite for speed and danger , and as soon as he could drive , he taught himself to drive really well , really fast . if asked , he’s not afraid to hide it , either , and it’s the only thing he’s really proud of , outwardly . the street and underground fights are just for some extra money .
Q: does your character have a motive to kill ?
A: if you asked most other people , they’d give a resounding definitely . this kid’s got a chip on his shoulder , and it wouldn’t be surprising to most people who’ve met him if he just up and killed someone one day , motive or not . but no , eren has no motive , and even if he did , he wouldn’t . he may be pretty violent and cynical , but he would never kill anyone , despite what some people might think .
Q: any important factors to know about your character ?
A: his father is a very wealthy businessman , and has paid for all of eren’s college in hopes to reconnect after a falling out they had when he was sixteen . he’s also the reason eren met artjom , and while eren hated him like he did everyone else his father knew , at first , he quickly grew to kind of , almost , admire him . he’s invited artjom to countless races , and even a fight once or twice . maybe artjom personally inviting eren to the winter palace is his way of repayment for eren’s rare kindness . // it was after his mother left them without a goodbye or a single note that he and his father drifted , and eren got into the world of crime . he and his mother had been very close , and they’d do everything together . when she left , his whole world came crashing down . a few years ago , he started to believe that his mother didn’t just leave , and there’s a lot more to it than his father or anyone else has told him / is telling him .
Q: any wanted relationships / connections for your character ?
A: i would KILL for someone he’s fought or raced against ; someone who’s beat him more than once , and he definitely holds a grudge against them . // a very unlikely friend ; his polar opposite that he ended up best friends with . // maybe a fan of his ? he’s definitely made a name for himself as a street racer and fighter . // the only ex he has , and they probably ended on not-so-great terms because of his nightlife .
