The knight creeps forward and tips the parchment up toward the mote-heavy sunlight streaming through the slatted tower windows.
Wassup says the note, in elegant, swirling font.
It shimmers gold as the knight tips it this way and that, and as he watches, fresh ink springs across the parchment. He drops the paper with a yelp, considers fleeing to his horse, but bravely wipes his nose and snatches the fallen parchment back up.
