Her reaction was a bit more harsh than he had expected making him take a step back and arch a brow. No deal? Yeah fuckin’ right. He didn’t see her react that way toward anyone else so it had to be him.
For a moment he was gonna rephrase his question. Find out why she disliked him so damn much. But then he thought, why? Why should he ask when she was gonna act Ike that? So instead he put his hands up and replied “Forget it. See ya, Eve.” Giving a two finger salute from the forehead he turned around and headed away.
She watched as he stormed off, chewing her bottom lip in frustration. She wasn’t quite fond of him to put it nicely, but that didn’t give her the right to treat him so poorly.
❝ --Wait, Jax.❞ She closed her locker door and ran quickly down the hall to catch up with him. When she reached him, she flattened out her dress, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. Sighing, she looked up at him, biting her lip once more.
Well, since she had a chance to actually look at him, she couldn’t help but notice how attractive he was. She shook her head and faked a smile, clutching the books in her hand tightly.
❝ --Forgive me, please. I shouldn’t have acted in such a manner. It was uncalled for.❞ She looks down, eyeing her ballet flats. ❝ I don’t think I’d say I have a problem with you; I mean, you are very good looking. And you do seem like... A humorous guy,❞ She begins, ❝ I suppose I’d say it’s just your demeanor as a whole I dislike. You have a habit of being loud and obnoxious.❞
