When you guys left, I thought it was for good and now here you are.” She had always wondered what happened to them, if they were alright. But what she noticed was, she only saw Eliza. No one else was with her. “Is it just you, or…?”

she smiled warmly at Sophia. she was happy to be back around people she knew. to be around people she could rely on it. people she could trust. “it was all of us, but then we lost mom.” she paused. “then dad died, and now it’s just me and Louis.” she paused “he’s around here somewhere. we’ve survived on our own until we were found by the kingdom.” she said pouting a bit.

she laughed a bit. “it’s nice to meet you. i’ve heard of you. mainly from talking with your group members.” she paused before crossing her arms, something she did as a habit. “if were being honest, your group coming to Alexandria was the best thing that happened to us.” she paused “I was fairly new when you guys came. but the people weren’t the most smartest? is that the world i am searching for?” she said. “you guys helped them adapt.” she said honestly. “it’s awful here. at least at home were safe.”

maggie smiled sadly at the thought. her heart ached. she’d missed her family with all her heart - it often felt as if there were holes there where they used to be. but now, they were back. she almost felt whole again. “his daddy and i.. we named him hershel jr.” she spoke softly as she smiled down at her son, the sleeping baby boy with locks of dark brown hair sticking out from the blanket he was wrapped in. “you turned.. we put you in the barn. daddy’s idea. we couldn’t put you down. but uh.. you should come with me. back to where i’m stayin’.”

annette had many questions. they were burning in her mind. what had happened to her family. who was the father of her grandchild.  were her children and husband okay. but she didn’t wish to ask these questions right at the moment. it would be best to wait. “your father was protecting you and Bethy. He knew that you two couldn’t handle loosing your family. what he did he did for you two.” she spoke of her husband. “that would be a great idea.” she spoke up once more.

Upon hearing her name being called, she turned to get a look at who it was. When she saw who it was, she immediately knew who it was. Her friend looked almost exactly the same as she remembered her, just older. It was safe to say that Sophia was shocked to see her here in the sanctuary. When she and her family left, she thought that was the last she’d see of them. Yet, here she was. “…Eliza?”

a smile made it’s way across her face. she and her family had believed they would never see their old group again. her parents had been wrong, though her and her brother were the only living ones left. They had found them again. “oh my god. we thought we’d never find you again.” she spoke with a smile.

avoiding the saviors in their home, that was rather...hard. after the chain of events that left the man dead and everyone watchin negan killed him. everyone was edge, not knowing what to do or who to trust. eliza had her eyes always peeled for her and her little brother. they were orphans, had been for nearly two years. walking around as her brother slept in their ‘room’ she found her eyes landing on girl. ‘no, that can’t be right’ she thought to herself, no way was it sophia. “s-sophia?” she questioned. she thought maybe her eyes were playing tricks on her.
