The official end of my CAS adventure

The official part has ended, however, I would still like to post my artwork here. I will also try to be more active, please don’t be afraid to message me for anything ^^

CAS Reflection

With the activities, I have undertaken under CAS I was able to grow as an artist, explore new methods and finally break away from black and white. I have also gained new confidence in my skills and it was really nice. I have also finally left the house to move around a little bit. I have to admit that it was not my favorite part of CAS, but running and stretching was good for me overall and I can see a real difference in my state, I’m more flexible and finally, I don’t feel like spitting out my lungs after walking up the stairs at school. As for service, I have to admit it was really fulfilling. It was not only amazing to be able to participate in educating the two girls I was taking care of during my work with them but also to be able to get to know them as people. They are both very sweet, and the fact I was able to help them with their school work and find it more fun than before is amazing. 

Overall, I think that CAS has allowed me to experience a lot of new things and it was a very nice experience, despite not liking some of the aspects which were obligatory. But I think it was good for me in the end. Also, I think I’ll keep this blog and post my art here even after CAS ends.

I went for a run outside this time, it wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be to be honest.

She needed some help with understanding how centuries work in history. It was a lot of fun, she got it quite quickly and then actually found it fun, maybe because previously she was struggling with it, who knows

I’ve decided it was time for a walk so I walked and it was cold but nice.

Last week it was our last class before the break and she was already in her off-school mood. But we did practice her grammar and adjectives.

I was helping her write a short description of herself and her family. She was doing quite well, but she was getting easily distracted. She was also trying to distract me, but I tried to be nice but strict at the same time. She behaved well.

I went to run some more, because I just fell like cardio I guess.

I was at the gym, running mostly and using the bike or whatever its called.
