Urgent help needed? Please 😬

My cat James is having a medical emergency and I'm having to rush him to the vet.

Over the past hour his stomach swelled up really bad, then he had the worst explosive diarrhoea I've ever seen, vomited a bunch, and he's hyperventilating.

His appointment is in an hour, I have no idea how much its going to cost but I have literally £10.47 in my account, an appointment costs £40 with treatment on top of that.

Please help me out if you can!
