Happy 25th anniversary to one of my favorite movies, Legally Blonde! Kenleigh has decked out her pink business attire to watch Elle Woods in action for the thousandth time. :D She's also got her own cute little pooch next to her like Elle is never without Bruiser!
Fun fact: Later this year, Mattel is expected to release a 25th anniversary Elle Woods Barbie doll. No word yet on whether she'll have Reese Witherspoon's likeness or a Barbie face sculpt, but it has been said that she will wear the pink leather outfit seen upon arriving at Harvard.
Personally, I think that's a mistake. For one, she wears that outfit for all of five minutes (if even that) in the film, two it'll be that faux leather that flakes/cracks/peels off after a few years, and three they should have gone with the dress featured in these photos - the one she wears when she wins the big case. It's more iconic and it's not leather. For a (rumored) price of $88, I think Mattel messed up. Even if the doll is coming with Bruiser, and especially if she doesn't have the likeness of the actress. That's why people were livid with the Clueless 30th anniversary doll releases - they didn't have the face sculpts of the actresses. I don't care about that considering I didn't even like that movie, but you get my point.
Anyway, enough of that - let's just enjoy this iconic movie that's spawned a musical and a sequel, and rumor has it that a third movie is in development!
