back at Dillons - I’ve been camping out here before my morning seminar once a week, because I like to come and sort through all my notes so that I can make the most of the class, but this morning was maybe the most beautiful so far!
I've actually been quite productive these holidays thanks to my amazing tutor! I'm grateful for them standing up with my slowness in maths... I hope everyone is having a good week! School coming up can be a little stressful, so let's remember to get enough sleep and practice good thoughts ☘️

The EU gives away 60,000 train tickets for free! You can travel with this ticket for 30 days between March 2022 and February 2023. And of course you can travel to all of the member states.

Vice-President for the European Way of Life, Margaritis Schinas said: “Over the past 18 months, in a true spirit of solidarity, our young people have sacrificed valuable youthful and defining moments of their lives. I am delighted that the Commission offers today a European boom of mobility with the 60,000 train passes. This European boom of mobility and opportunities will be further fostered by Erasmus+ and many more initiatives coming for the European Year of Youth in 2022.”
This is pretty cool if you ask me! You can apply starting today from the 12th of October until the 26th of October (noon).

hello! long time no...see? turns out posting every day in med school is not really possible so i'll just post whenever i have some time to do that. the first week of uni has been pretty good! i enjoy most of my classes but i'm dreading the tests and exams to be completely honest.
what i've done in the past few days:
- had loads of lectures and seminars
- touched an actual human brain (it's way less squishy than i thought)
- met loads of people in my year; all of them have been nothing but nice
here are some pics from the library, my garden and the sunrises i see almost every day now (my bus is at 6:30am lmao)

i always go to the park in my city and collect chestnuts and leaves with my little sister

i'm not sure i have any specific one to be honest

it's my first uni term so that's pretty exciting :D

i want to not let myself get sucked into the school craze and still possibly play the piano at least once a week
6th October - What is the weather like where you live during autumn?
pretty cold-ish. usually around 5-10 degrees i'd say. the mornings are very often foggy and in late autumn there aren't many days that it doesn't rain
7th October - What’s the first thing you think of when you hear the word ‘autumn’?
17/9/21 | I'm in this limbo where I'm just waiting for the semester to start so that I can get on with my master's degree. I'm so bored I'm already planning possible diss topics. Also, shout out to St Andrews for dethroning Oxford and Cambridge for the number 1 spot in the UK University rankings
Life is only as beautiful as you allow it to be. You have more power than you think over your perspective, the sooner you realize that, the sooner you can enjoy the beautiful parts of life.
