I watched it on a whim, but the afterglow of American Psycho has stayed with me. It was a strange film where laughably absurd moments, sincerity, and seriousness were all mixed together.

It’s interesting that, even though the story is about people becoming uniform and indistinguishable from one another, the film itself is so unique.

The sex scenes feel like noise, but overall, it has become one of my favorites.
