"If you're willing to be civil about it, I'll lead you a moment of my time. But I reserve the right to kick you out the second it doesn't appeal to me. Pick your words carefully."
“Of course. So, as you are no doubt aware, Playtime Co. is currently under the control of the experiments. This is quite a predicament for Mr. Pierre. However, it seems you have inside information and some amount trust from 1006. If you would be willing to assist Mr. Pierre’s efforts in reclaiming the factory, we will do our best to grant you some more autonomy than you previously had when the company was in control.”
The Doctor takes pause, listening to Sharon speak then mulling over her words. "That... seems too good to be true. What is the extent of this autonomy he wishes to grant me?" His stance is guarded, and he doesn't seem to fully trust this offer. It's nothing against Sharon at the moment. He's not going to shoot the messenger unless it's to send a message of its own.
“We have not hashed out all the details yet. If you agree, we can negotiate some reasonable terms. Mr. Pierre is quite eager to get his company back, as I sure you can imagine.”
"I'd be willing to work out an agreement, seeing as the ball is in my court. I would enjoy being able to return to my studies without... certain distractions. But I'm not going to give a solid answer until the details have their 'i's dotted and their 't's crossed."
“I’ll need to talk to Mr. Pierre. It would be much easier if you could have these negotiations with each other, but I assume friendly conversation isn’t likely?”
"It could be... possible depending on him. However I can't leave here, and I doubt he'll be making trips down to see me. But I can assure your safety as bed I can while you're down here. I have control of the facility's security system in its entirety and can send a... cleaning service through areas you may need access too that otherwise would be occupied. Just mind the blood. I know those heels aren't the best when slick."
She sighs. “I seem to recall a time when you two enjoyed spending time together… I will speak with Mr. Pierre and see if he is willing to risk coming to meet you. In the meantime, is there anything you want me to bring you from outside when I return? And if you have any inquiries for Mr. Pierre at the moment, please let me know.”

“I’m sorry the procedure didn’t go perfectly, Theo. But it’s good that you’re still alive! You’ll get used to your new body eventually, and you can make some new friends.” *she pets his head* “You’re not a monster, you’re just different.”
She makes a mental note to suggest to Leith that they get some psychiatric help for the experiments. It might make their adjustments easier.

“Yes, of course you’re still kids. And being in this body will help make a lot of kids happy too. Let’s get you back home now, shall we?” She stands and beckons him to follow her out the door.
He follows sleepily "I've been having nightmares my throats killing me... It....feels like it's on fire" he lets out a pained whine...the smoke organ was.... hurting him... "Can we decorate my room maybie?... " He's like a child asking a parent
“I’ll let your caretaker know your throat hurts. Maybe they’ll be able to help you with that. Of course you can decorate your room. I’ll ask Miss Stella for some drawing supplies for you.” She gives him a pat on the head.

“Who’s your doctor?” This might be a more tricky request. Dr. Sawyer isn’t the most accommodating, so if Theo’s assigned scientist was chosen for a reason, there won’t be much she can do about it.
