Good day to you, humanity!

Updating you on how the community's favorite, Yevsenia, is doing.

The script is almost complete, and now the writer is finishing working on it, adding the final touches.

The artists are busy making the main CGs and drawing backgrounds for the route. Judging by the reactions, they were very impressed by the design documents written for the endings.

For now, the programmer's energy has been aimed at the interface, and the composer's – at the prologue.

Whilst the marketing team plans to conquer social platforms with vertical videos.

What do they eat in Kudesh?

The majority of the citizens are vegetarian. The inhabitants of the Third and Fifth Sectors are responsible for growing most of the food. The Great Mycelium also provides the city with certain types of food, such as animal milk, cheese, and cottage cheese substitutes, as well as nutrition bars, with the Stolichny bar being particularly popular.

People and Symbiotes who live in the Overworld like to create dishes out of vegetables and fruits based on what they see in “The Sage”. Those who live in the Underworld, on the other hand, prefer nutrition bars for practical reasons.

Meet Grigore, the Rejected.

Euphemia's loyal friend all the way from the childhood. Playing games and growing up together means a lot for both of them. Some time ago Grigore was Rejected by the Great Mycelium and kicked out to the mysterious Eighth Sector, and then their connection was severed. Nobody knows whether he's alive or what even happens to the Rejected.

Who is the Lesser Mycelium?

A computer that assists Symbiotes in resolving issues related to material supply, technical difficulties, and health conditions. Called the Keeper, he often acts as a psychologist and produces «vitamins» that have a beneficial effect on the body.

The Lesser Mycelium has a database of all citizens of Kudesh regardless of whether they have implants. At their first «face-to-face» meeting implant owners can customize his digital avatar to their liking.

Meet Dorotheus, personal assistant to Mortimarch Sorge.

Dorotheus is a human who was born in sector Six and ended up staying in the Seventh by a twist of fate. His diligence and exactitude caught Sorge's attention, making him her right-hand man. Since then, the young man has responsibly carried out all her orders, despite lacking an implant.

Because of his honorary position, many stay away from Dorotheus, which is why Lesser Mycelium is his constant companion.

Sagacious and mysterious, he rules Kudesh through the council of the Mortimarchs called the High Circle. The Great Mycelium is thought to choose the heads of the sectors, produce all necessary material goods for the city, make decisions in case of emergency and intervene in the life of the society upon the Mortimarch's personal requests.

The citizens of Kudesh value his care and greatly respect his authority.

The plot of Mycelium Protocol: Prologue will show the events that happen a few years before the main story. It will center Grigore, currently the Rejected, but once a dreamer and a promising scientist. What kind of Symbiote was he? What in him caught Mortimarch Sorge's attention? Get closer to understanding the character who was Rejected by the Great Mycelium himself.

You will meet both the younger versions of the main story's characters and the brand new ones and get to visit unique locations exclusive only to the prologue.

Meet Sorge, Chairwoman of the High Circle.

The name of Mortimarch Sorge is known to every citizen of Kudesh. It is said that she is the oldest symbiote in the sector, if not in the entire city. Strict and laconic, she spends most of her time in laboratories, working for the benefit of society and science. Thanks to her, Seventh sector performs unique grafting surgeries.

Who are the Mortimarchs?

Citizens appointed by the Great Mycelium to carry out his orders and care for the society of Kudesh. Each sector is assigned a Mortimarch, and together they form the High Circle. The current Chairwoman of the High Circle is Sorge Flack, head of the Seventh sector.

There have been instances throughout history where humans were elected to this position, but currently all Mortimarchs are Symbiotes.

What is Fading Humanity?

A human civilization that once built Kudesh. The last of its representatives — those that haven't undergone the Grafting procedure — mostly live in a designated sector and make up approximately an eighth of the population.

Their descendants and interested Symbiotes gather knowledge about the everyday life of the people of the past from a documentary series "The Sage of the Fading Humanity".
