Greeting. is is possible to make your ManyMorning socks cc matched? The mismatched is cute and the design is very nice, but is it possible to see the matched one for those?

Uh, sorry for the late reply. This would be a relatively easy addition, but at the moment I'm just glad to take a breather from everything. I'll throw it on the list of stuff I eventually maybe someday want to tackle. But everyone is free to edit and use all the CC as they wish! And learning to replace textures is super easy. :)

Felt like converting some of the accessories from TS3. Did a few swatches, but nothing too exciting. Might do masculine frame versions at some point...enjoy!

Would you consider making a version of your eyeball ring that overrides ea's eyeball ring?

I've been mulling over this and I'll add a version to the download folder when I get to it. It might look odd on masc frame sims, though, which is the reason I made a separate version in the first place. :/ The original is enabled for both frames and when I tried an override it warped weirdly on the masculine frame (also the fingers are much thicker and it clips a little). Maybe I can fix that somehow...keep an eye out for an updated post.

Simblreen 2021 #4

28 swatches in the Historian Palette

This is the scarf from the “Knifty Knitting” sweater of death separated. A few “warnings” you should heed:

This does work with a good range of tops and outfits (everything that allows necklaces). However, there will also be clipping and there’s not much I can do to prevent that. Every top/outfit is so different, I would have to make a separate scarf for each to work perfectly (they don’t have a shadow map for the same reason). For the same reasons, some hairs will clip with this (it looks really cute with updos).

There’s also some clipping with the face with more extreme head movements. This occurs in the original item as well and sadly there’s not much I can do here, either. I weight painted as carefully as I could to iron out the rough edges.

This uses the texture space for necklaces, chokers and earrings as you wouldn’t be able to see them anyway and makes for a tiny bit of a better texture. Piercings work fine, I made sure to keep that space free.

I do get some good use out of it, still. So maybe you will as well! :) The preview picture gives you an idea and is also not edited to cover up any clipping. I was obsessed with getting this to work somehow and really like the result.

I recoloured this in the Historian Palette by @serindipitysims and used their gradients to do it. The knit texture is from Toptal Subtle Patterns and a leggins from the game.

I fell in love with Grainne Morton’s jewellery when I saw a reblog on tumblr. Naturally, I needed to make weird stuff into Sims 4 content immediately. These are not as wild as her creations, but they hopefully capture the spirit of her art *a little bit*. Also, who wouldn’t want ANOTHER eyeball ring? Eh?! This one’s also a little magic...

Jack Be Quick and Jack Be Nimble Lights from the “Once Upon a Time Cottage” TS3 store pack converted for TS4, fully functional candles and off-grid compatible. Both items come in the 10 swatches shown above and are, of course, bgc.

These items taught me a lot of patience, but also stuff about effect slots and tuning. This would’ve never worked without this tutorial by @madameriasims4 and the AOM candles (Andrew and Orangemittens are a gift to this community tbh).

By participating in this collab, that responsibility will be divided among us which not only allows us to keep the porch light on for all timezones, but also gives everyone the chance to trick-or-treat for themselves!
