Today was a heck of a day, i've been ,scared, excited,nervous,happy,angry,sad and surprised.

A Guy I used to be friends with told me he still brloves me today, after he added me on facebook and i accepted his friend request. his name is brandon btw:

In school We had a surprise test in hom economic. Personally? i think i failed it.

After i got home i was a bit sad.. as i had to give up a pair of my heels for one whole week. shizz.

Evaluation

The pizza turned out yes a bit burnt but it actuallly tastes okay. its not as good as jar of nutella but its edible and i just droped the knife i cut it with onto m school book, well done!

The pizza is done and i kinda of.......... burnt it a little lol i dont have any look making pizza ah well it was fun while it lasted and we'll see what it tastes like in a few minutes once its cooled down a little:)

Update on the Pizza

The pizza is looking great, its in the oven now for the topings i put tomato sauce and grated cheese, also while i was grating the cheese i almost grated my nuckles off somehow... oopsy dasies.i truly wonder what its going to taste like and soon we'll find out:D

29/11/14 My Failure At making Pizza.

So its just a normal saturday night in ireland, except i am making pizza for the first time in my life and it coulnt go anymore wrong.

for the ingredients of the dough i put in

-1.5 cup of warm water, put 2 teaspoons of gone off yeast and left it for 5 minutes.

-Then i put in 1 cup of plain flour, I ran out so i put in strong flour ( 1.5 cup)and i ran out again, so i put in 1 cup of self-raising flour.

i added 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar + the same amount of salt and then sunflower oil. ( 1 tablespoon )

while you were supposed to put in 1.5 cup of warm water

2.25 teaspoon active yeast., 3.5 cups of bread flour. 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

after i mixed all the ingredients together the dough was too wet, so i went over to the cupboard to get some more flour which then spilled along with open un-cooked pot noodles which my dog is eating right now.. off the floor.

I have to leave it for an hour and a half, but ill keep you all updated.

Today My Mam Re-arranged My wardrobe From the bottom to the Top!

I Was SO Furious With Her so i told her to never touch my wardrobe again or she will regret it. and then she started giving out to me and totally ruined my thanks-giving with it.. Thanks mom.

BUT if i ignore all of this i actually had a great day! My Crush, (well i'm kinda getting over him now after liking him for about a year cause i understood i NEED to move on. ) waved at me today. but lol i'm actually not sure if it was me he was waving at or someone else in my class.

Also my Ex-boyfriend started talking to me.. it was weird and all that but we had a lovely conversation.:)

Oh I Felt So Mean..

Today at School There Was A Concert. Some 'Corner Boys' Preformed but of course my friends and i decided to ditch it.

while everyone was at the concert and we were just hanging my best friend 'Aoife' and i Took My other friends shoes, his name is 'Adam'. and we told him we'll give him his shoe back if he cleans our lockers for us.. and he actually Agreed ^ Dumbass ^ (We didnt think he would) 

So anyway we gave him his shoes and then we went up to our lockers and told him we wanted cleanestit spotless. and this is the cleanest my lockers been in a looong time!

So yeah i felt so mean but i told him i'll do something nice for him sometime:) Tehee lol
