Today, I decided to make a fried egg on toast! The yolk broke.

Egg #1: Soft Boiled Egg

Soft boiled egg is so easy, I’d think that even a baby could do it. It’s basically my childhood, and I’d have it every week when my family went to the coffee shop.

But honestly? Soft boiled eggs are the easiest thing to make! That’s why I’m starting with this :D

Put 2 eggs in boiled water for 10 minutes. Ignore the metal grill at the bottom. There isn’t any flame or heating, you don’t wanna overcook the eggs or they’ll become hard boiled egg and that’s for another post.

Crack da egg and sprinkle in about 2 tablespoons of dark/soy sauce and add a dash of pepper, and you’re done!
