In the past I recommended Snapmade for dakimakura printing services, but I honestly can’t recommend them in good conscience anymore. My first print of this Fernand daki arrived looking extremely washed out and had print defects all over it. I did a bit of research and found that many others had been having similar issues and weren’t getting proper compensation from the company. I tried calling them twice with little luck and after my second email finally got a response, I was only offered a 30% off coupon for my next purchase at Snapmade even after providing photos of the defective pillowcase. After a bit of back and forth, which included presenting screenshots of the website’s FAQ section stating that customers were entitled to free reprints if their products arrive with factory defects, I thankfully was able to get the free reprint that you see here. I’ll definitely be looking out for other companies in the future, so if you happen to know of any good ones from experience, let me know!
