As I tend to get lots of messages about my opinions, I feel I need to post this.

I post MY opinions and POVs on tv shows I’m watching and rewatching. My lists are also MY opinions. I never go on others post and bash or argue about them having a different pov then my own and I definitely don’t anonymously message people being rude and mean because my opinions are different.

If you don’t like what I post don’t follow and scroll on. There is no need to argue or bully someone you don’t know about FICTIONAL worlds.

We all have characters we love and hate different from other people. We all perceive certain scenes different then others so hence we have a different opinion and pov of it.

I’ve put on many posts about my “disliked” or love to hate lists that if I’ve used a gift of yours and you prefer it not on that list as you don’t agree with the nature of it to ask me to remove. I have no issues with this as I understand when you worship a character and see them on a dislike list you don’t want your gif there. I get that so please!!! Just ask me to remove it. Don’t attack me for my opinions.

I love the parallel that is Victor's and Ellis's art. In the first season, we have both showing rooms of art, Ellis being beauty and things he is inspired by well all being amazingly well done. Then we Victors who's is so child like but they hold 10x the meaning (specifically in context to what's happing/happened to this town) I'm on my rewatch before the new season and just loved how this was done in first season.

Almost done season one of the buccaneers and thank god my girl Lizzy and Theo have a budding relationship next season because right now I’m not a fan of Nan or Guy at all!! Honestly they both are horrible to Theo imo…

I thought Benedict was going to be gay or bi… honestly, this was heavily implied to me in the early seasons. Not sure what happened there. I’m a little disappointed with this because I would have loved a gay Cinderella story! (Omg, with Footman John?!?) Also, I wish we would get some hints from his early seasons for this season, but I’m positive we won’t.

I thought Hyacinth🪻 would have been the one with a gender swap if any… two wlw translating texts to find out family secrets? Count me in any day! (If you have recommendations for this trope (book or show) please share!)

I don’t think Francesca was the best pick for a gender swap. Yes, because of her infertility line coinciding with the time period of the show — although not consistent with accuracy, we aren’t provided any info to believe this fictional world has some kind of advancement for infertility. For me, in my opinion, to make her story as impactful for infertility while also being gay, I feel we would need that kind of advancement in the fictional world to help add depth. Women of any sexuality struggle with infertility, and I feel like right now the options are: add in this random advancement, or sleep with a man once (or turkey baste), and I kinda have issues with that… (Waiting for y’all to come for my neck with this opinion.)

I hate the direction they are taking with Eloise’s storyline. They are making her seem selfish (she is, but I feel they’re laying it on thick now) and not actually caring about politics and feminism outside of just not liking to conform to society’s standards. And honestly, if there is any story out of the books I wouldn’t want to be true to, it’s hers, because I’m not a fan of her love interest at all!! Now give me Theo from the show for her and I’ll be SAT! Also, I strongly don’t think “Eloise makes the most sense to be gay” just based off “she doesn’t conform.” Talk about lazy writing and character buildup if they did that.

I also think some viewers forget it is technically supposed to be set in the Regency period… and took “be my mistress” way too personally….

I’m also realizing at the end of this footman John wouldn’t work well for Cinderella but I still ship him with Benedict 😂
