Scripture:
"The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him."
— Psalm 28:7
Today I am Grateful For:
The Gift of Life: Another day to live to the fullest and the privilege of morning conversation with the Most High.
Divine Care: God’s constant presence, protection, and provision.
Artistry in Nature: The morning chill that heightens the anticipation of a warm, beautiful sunrise.
Comfort & Shelter: The ability to turn on the heat and make my bus warm and toasty.
Lifelong Friendship: 54 years of friendship with Stacie and the light of Christ that shines through her life.
A Legacy of Faith: The 90+ years of Aunt Yvonne’s life and the honor she bestowed upon Stacie to lead the prayer at her memorial.
Spiritual Growth: Seeing the progress in those I love and having a God who acts as a personal stress reliever.
Family: The lives of Nathaniel, Christine, and all their children and grandchildren.
Community: The owners and residents of the RV park.
The Word: The guidance, encouragement, and opportunity to learn more through Scripture.
Daily Affirmation:
I am a servant of the living God, covered by His grace and mercy. Today, I walk in His abundance, trusting that He provides my every need and relieves my every stress. I choose to see His creativity in the world around me and reflect His love to everyone I encounter.
My Prayer:
Heavenly Father, Alpha and Omega, I magnify Your Holy Name today. Thank You for the abundance of Your underserved kindness and the peace that comes from resting in Your presence.
I lift up my dear siblings, Nathaniel and Christine; please continue to watch over them and their families. I also ask for Your hand to be upon my neighbors at the park, meeting each of them at their point of need. Lord, I ask for wisdom for Stacie regarding the Keith situation—reveal the path she should take and continue to grow her spirit.
Forgive me for my transgressions as I extend that same forgiveness to others. May Your love abound for me always, and may I never lose my wonder at Your artistry.
In the name of Jesus Christ I pray,
Amen.
