I couldn’t physically have sex with my partner for 11 months because medical stuff. And it made me realize that I could probably never have sex in a relationship and the relationship would still flourish. ❤️ sex isn’t important. And if it’s the right person it shouldn’t ever even be an issue.

K (anime) and religion?

Did anyone else notice the striking similarities between K (anime) and the story of Jesus in the bible?

Loved the anime but at the end it just dawned on me. Anyway I don’t know the story very well but here are some things I noticed. The parenthesis represent the biblical entity they seem to be correlated to.  

WARNING SPOILERS 

Weismann (G*d) creates this power then leaves the earth to observe from above, not wishing to get involved directly with mankind. 

The seventh king (sin) commits such atrocities it drags him into action. He comes to earth not as himself but as Shiro (Jesus). 

He is persecuted by the people he wants to help.

Shiro takes in the seventh king (sin) and allows himself to be destroyed in order to rid the people on earth of the seventh king. 

When Neko is upset and is saving the umbrella for Shiro (Weismann),  Kuroh tries to explain to her that Shiro’s not coming back. He thinks for a moment and remembers Shiro telling him “don’t forget I’m the immortal king.” Kuroh walks back to Neko saying, “I misspoke. You’re right. He’s our everlasting King.” The camera zooms out to reveal a sparkling star in the sky. (The north star perhaps??)

I’m a big fan of this. I love this style, it’s far different than most of the Daine representations I’ve seen. A far cry from the soft-chinned, doe-eyed girl we’re used to. This is very Realm of the Gods inspired to me, even if it’s just for Wild Magic. I can’t wait to see more!!!

Surfing the all the Daine/Numair art and adorableness on tumblr makes me want to do happy back flips.

She could have turned their quartet into a 16 book series about nothing more than their daily life and the would have been okay. I mean, Daine shifted when her first baby was in utero and the darn little cove kept shifting after he was born.
