Yesterday I finished “The Sign of the Four”, written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I wish the book were longer, so Doyle could have developed more the two main characters - Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson. It’s only the second book, though.

Late update:
I didn't complete the Goodreads challenge of 2017. I finished 5(/6) books.
Goodreads Challenge 2017
This year I aimed for 6 books. The good thing is that I’ve already read 5. The bad thing is that the book I’m currently reading has 450 pages.
Will I complete the challenge?
I'd like to finish “De Profundis and Other Prison Writings” before this year ends, but I still have so many pages to read that it's almost impossible.
Today I bought this book to practice my French. (=^_^=)
Yesterday I began reading “De Profundis and Other Prison Writings”. The only Oscar Wilde’s work I had read till now was the famous “The Picture of Dorian Gray” and I loved it. I decided to read this now because I need to improve my English so I can pass the level C2 Cambridge exam, CPE, with a good mark. After all these years with English, it really does seem that language learning is a never ending journey!

Me: You lucky bastard.
Book fair
Today starts the most known book fair of my country. I’m so excited!
\(^▽^)/
My mother has been giving me some money every week for the work I do for her, so I think I’ll have enough money for buying all the books I want.
Let the fun begin.
