Why My Roommates are Bitching

I have two roommates for the summer, everything I do makes them angry and they always seem to be bitching about something. Here's a list of those things.

She had to work by herself, for a 5 hour shift, for 1 day. I did it everyday this summer for 8 hour shifts.

We live in a relatively small apartment, you cannot invite strange men over to stay the night, not tell us and wonder why I freak out in the morning whilst stumbling to pee and A STRANGE MAN JUST WALKS OUT OF MY BATHROOM.

Got a new roommate!

The old one's are still kicking around too, but this one barely speaks English.

Reason they're bitching 7-14-2013

She locked a wasp in our room. She didn't kill it while she was in there, she grabbed her laptop, and closed the door behind her, locking the wasp in the room until I get home after work. She's bitching because she forgot her laptop charger and it's giving her anxiety.

He thinks that because he's the "man" he should take the garbage out and that's his chore. Realistically, I'm more of a man than you are and sweep the floors.

Our kitchen floor is full of bottles that he plans on using to recycle and donate to Shinearma, but they've been there since we moved in and I can't deal. Recycle or GTFO.

He never puts the oven mitt away so I hid it. And now he's mad at me.

He uses ALL of the dishes in the house every single time he cooks, and claims he doesn't dirty the dishes-but last time he went home for a week we didn't have to do dishes the whole time and blames it on me. I work 8 hours a day, every day and I'm only home to sleep.

She hates her job, but she won't quit, so she's taking it out on us.

Reason I'M bitching 6-3-2013

When I'm working nights it's generally assumed that a roommate demonstrate at least a minimal level of respect for early afternoon sleeping. All I ask for is 6 hours. YOU DON'T NEED TO BAKE THE WORLD AT 2 IN THE AFTERNOON.

I was at Walmart (where she works), and I mentioned something to her about something that needed done. She was a total twat about it. Then I walked by with my mum. She's going to do it.

He offered to walk me home after work at 11pm. I told him that was okay because while I could protect myself I didn't think I could defend both of us.
