I don’t have much explanation for this it’s just funny. It is story relevant and Jane is a significant character. Essentially this world famous detective moves into town and Vector gets the idea to break into her house and investigate since he’s convinced something suspicious must be going on, (it’s not at all because he’s worried about possible competition from a much better and more renowned detective) Jane catches team chaotix in her house snooping through her stuff and beats the shit out of them. She promises not to press charges provided they pay her back for some expensive artifacts they broke in the struggle. So for the rest of the comic team chaotix is stuck working for her which leads to a fun character arc with Vector.

welp went and updated the original reborn Rouge design. Made the dress shorter and more practical but kept the slit on the side and the gloves and boots are pretty much unchanged.
