five minutes from now
specifically for people who don't want to visualize / struggle to.
this is something i have been doing for awhile now before i could articulate what it is or why it works.
back when the shift felt so so impossible, so i would just ask myself "what if it happens five minutes from now?"
what it does is it essentially skips past the forced imagination part, to just brute forcing your mindset into how it would feel in the 3d, in the now, etc. not later, not someday. just five minutes from now.
remember you're not doing this to get it in the 3d. but more like forcing YOU to feel the inevitability, realness of it.
i do this whenever i feel the need to, like when doubts or desperation pops up.
why it works: it messes with the impossibility of it all. while your brain might insist, “that’s impossible,” it can’t defend itself against “five minutes from now.” there’s no logical refutation, you just don’t know. it could. it could happen. and we abuse that loophole.
now please don't treat this in a 'well i've been doing this for weeks now, it doesn't work' because then, guess what has a higher chance of happening five minutes from now?
this is more of a reset, a course corrector, if you will; when you feel like maybe you've 'lost' the thread of intention or thought about lack, etc.
