There was this one time I went to #Vegas... Spent a week there, and pretended I could hang — Even went to a VIP #Olympia Closing pool party💦, chilled with #MichelleLewin, and wore heels. HEELS👠 TO THE POOL. How I still managed to look decent, not twist my ankle or slip into the pool, and still had my face of makeup on after 4 hours in 97 degree heat? Total. Wishing life could always be as carefree as this photo💫 Making the tough decision to cancel my gym membership today 💔 but with adulthood comes plenty of change and choices to be made! Right now, with money being so tight, the gym is one luxury I simply have to give up — But worry not! Fitness will still be a huge part of my life... As important as it is to eat your fruits and vegetables, it’s important to eat your pizza and ice cream too.
As important as it is to be at a healthy weight, it’s important to be healthy with your mindset about your weight too.
As important as it is to be disciplined and get your workouts in, it’s important to accept rest days and nourish your body too.
As important as it is to feel good about fitting into a pair of shorts or jeans, it’s important to remember that your body is dynamic and will always be changing too.
As important as it is to work for the body you want, it’s important to love yourself at every body shape, every stage, and every step of this journey we call life and loving yourself.
I'm sure you've answered this before but do you know what career you want to have? Or are you going with the flow? Also how long did it take you to figure it out if you've found something? I'm struggling to find my path right now and if you could give any advice is appreciate it.
Okay well, I went to school for special education- graduated- took all my tests and realized I just don’t want to be a teacher.
It was a horrible feeling. And now being almost 25, and not having a real job like other people my age- it makes me question my self worth and my abilities as a person.
I am just going with the flow.
Fitness is my passion and I’m doing everything I can to have my passion be my career.
Not everyone finds their career in their early 20s.
If you talk to people who are older, their first job is NEVER their last job.
I say go with the flow, get experience doing many different things until you truly know what you want to do in life.
Never feel forced to Do ANYTHING you are not passionate about
100% exactly where I am. Almost 25, feeling like I've bounced between too many part time jobs and am wasting my time. With fitness being my passion, I KNOW it's important that I don't give up on my dreams. All the while, being realistic and needing to pay the bills.
chest day bench pump.. Weights are going up while using 5-3-1 & I'm definitely excited to see where I am in a few months. Bench is generally my best lift though. Previous PR sitting at 135. By the end of 2015 I plan to smash that👌🏻💪🏻

Squats @ 4am for Cube Method. 5x2 @ 80% Yes, I see my knees coming in + the struggle alllll over, and I'm working on my strength accordingly. These felt pretty good though. This was my last set, & I was dang proud of not resorting to using the belt at all. Being patient with these muscles of mine.
#chestday: Speed #bench for #cubemethod. Hit floor press @75%, and then a crap ton of other stuff. Thought about doing HIIT on the elliptical, but decided to attempt #doubleunders. In this video, you get to witness my very first double under of my life. Obviously I suck at jumping in place. I don't wanna talk about it🙈 - I did, however, eventually link 3 together.
