We are Mythic

Officially open as of 9/9/12 Mythic is a popular series with a cult following about a group of teens learning that they are different, and that it is prophesied that they will save the world. Surrounded in a new world of vampires, werewolves, witches, and monsters only seen in nightmares, they must accept their fate, their new abilities, and how to survive the apolocalypse and high school at the same time. It's all just fantasy, right? None of it is real. Or is it? Maybe the actors are not as normal as they thought. This is the place where fantasy and reality collide.

Mikal Raymond/ 74/ Vampire/ FC: Nelsan Ellis / TAKEN

Bartender/Owner of Raymonds

Bio:

Mikal grew up in a very religious Christian family. They hated anyone who was different and especially hated the gays. But he grew up hiding one secret: He was gay. He knew his family would disown him as soon as they had an idea that he was; so he kept quiet on his feelings towards other boys his age. Though once he turned 18; he showed up at his house with his vampire boyfriend Richie and told them everything. They told him that he would go to hell and he frankly didnt care. After that he had fallen in love with Richie and had him turn Mikal into a vampire. Vampire hunters came for them and Richie died saving him. Soon he left the south and came to Los Angeles; becoming the sassy bartender and owner of Raymonds. His usual customers know he is witty and that he loves to look his best. Though sometimes he gets the heat for being gay and a vampire; but he has a few friends who takes care of those types.
