When a group of neighborhood women gathers, wine in hand, around a fire pit where their backyards meet one Saturday night, most of them are just ecstatic to have discovered that their baby monitors reach that far. It’s a rare kid-free night, and they’re giddy with it. They drink too much, and the conversation turns personal. • By Monday morning, one of them is gone. • This was definitely a group of ladies I could see myself hanging out with! Wine by the fire pit! Sign me up 🙋🏻‍♀️!! I loved the close knit community and I really enjoyed getting to know these characters. This was more of a slow mystery then a fast paced thriller. My overall rating is 3.5…It was an enjoyable quick read. •

Holy crap Batman!!! That was a wild ride!!!This book is twisted and dark and full of surprises!! The beginning started off a little slow but I was captivated the entire time! Amber is trapped in her body while hearing conversations and trying to piece the past together. That was so interesting to me as it's a thought that has always terrified me, being in a coma and hearing everything that's going on but no one knows you are in there!!! Eeek!
