This year I promised myself that I would by all means do better than I did last year, in some regards I succeeded, in others I failed, but what had me fighting the most has been the last two weeks. Severe anxiety, exhaustion and stress have had me pretty much struggling to make it through each and every day, if you saw me, you would have assumed that all is fine and dandy, not the case. As the close of this year approaches, i'm preparing myself to let go of all bad energy that I gained over this last year. The mind takes on so much and I have yet to learn how to give it a break, that in turn leads to an exhausted heart because I work with every fiber of my being. You get to a point where you start questioning your own strength and your own ability to get through things, you start questioning how solid your pillars of strength are and if you really have things figured out the way you thought you had. I am the harshest on myself, I always have been, and yet somehow through it all I seemingly do know what my purpose is. I guess now, I just gotta wait and see how 2016 turns out.
